What would a family resource agency program be if it didn’t keep track of families? The families section is at the heart of ResourceAce and will allow you to keep track of all the information you need to properly manage and report on each family your agency serves.

The families section is divided into a number of screens to help you enter and find the information you need quickly and easily. Some of the things you can do in this section include:

Family Details Screen

  • Track demographic information for each family and all their members
  • Use the “Last Name Quick Match” feature to quickly locate families in the system
  • Enroll family in each service they are receiving from your agency
  • Link external files such as pictures and Word documents to each families record

Family Case Management Screen

  • Record all case management notes for each family
  • Record service plans, goals, and “matrix” progression results.
  • Record referrals to outside agencies

Family Service History Screen

  • Record all non case management services you provide to each family
  • Allows for an unlimited number of service notes per family
  • Only allows you to record service history for enrolled services

Family Class Enrollment Screen

  • Allows you to sign up each family member individually for agency classes
  • Can sign up for as many classes as necessary for all family members all from one screen
  • Only current classes will be available reducing mistakes and speeding data entry
